QUALITY POLICY 

“HERMES” has already applied a system of management quality according to the international standards ISO9001:2015 through all the stages that concern the manufacture of its products, includes the following:

“DESIGN, CONSTRUCTION AND MERCHANDISING OF CAR PRODUCTS AND ACCESSORIES AND MORE SPECIFICALLY ROOF RACKS, ROOF CARRIERS AND ROOF BOXES.

The company has designed and set its policy in order to succeed the following goals:
1. To set and follow the goals and indicators of its system progress and the procedures in order to improve the statue and the prestige of the company in the market so that the quality of the products is guaranteed.
2. To maintain and apply loyally the Greek, European and international legislation and regulations regarding the company’s activity.
3. To ensure the company’s internal and external communication.
4. To assure that its policy is suitable to its activities and supply of services .
5. To commit to the continuous improvement of the system with the ultimate aim:

- To supply its products and services to the customers timely so that their required needs and demands are satisfied successfully.
- To apply current legislation, regulations and standards regulating its activity..
- To ensure and provide all the necessary sources and means for the uninterrupted, efficient and effective operation of the company.
- To secure that the quality management system is comprehensible and approved by all the company workforce.
- To respect the environment, the health and the security of the workers.
- To improve, continually, the quality at all levels.

The company management, constantly, takes all the necessary measures for the application of the Quality Policy and the achievement of the preset Quality Goals by abiding loyally to the continuous updating Quality Management System according to the demands of the prototype ISO9001:2015.

The policy is verified, applied and communicated to all the company’s workers and people of interest and is available, whenever this is required to the annual review of its adequacy.
